Article 39 – Union market surveillance and control of pressure equipment and assemblies entering the Union market

CHAPTER 5 – UNION MARKET SURVEILLANCE, CONTROL OF PRESSURE EQUIPMENT AND ASSEMBLIES ENTERING THE UNION MARKET, AND UNION SAFEGUARD PROCEDURE

Article 15(3) and Articles 16 to 29 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 shall apply to pressure equipment and assemblies covered by Article 1 of this Directive.
